We are happy to accept your return/exchange within 2 days of the delivery. You can mail us at support@redsociety.in to initiate return/exchange. Please include your Order Number and reason for your return, along with a photograph in case of printing issues within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Please note few more important points below:

  • Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. Please mail us if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged.
  • Returns due to any other reasons apart from printing issues and T-shirt defects are not accepted.
  • Please take adequate care while choosing size and colors.
  • Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receipt of returned product.
  • Products worn-out while being used do not qualify for a refund or exchange.
  • Products that have been washed and/or used cannot be returned, and hence do not qualify for a refund.
  • Refunds and exchanges are not applicable if the product has been purchased with a coupon/voucher or cash back offer. Please select sizes carefully, since free exchange for sizes will not be applicable in such cases.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed for the amount of the order excluding the shipping fees.
  • In case of returns/exchange, refund/exchange will be initiated once the product reaches back.
